This is Greg Suekoff, Our roaster and super-duper father! He lives and breathes coffee. The basis for this coffee shop is good coffee and that comes from this man and his roasting machine. Greg is a coffee etractor, Competitor (international barista champion), green bean roaster and super taster! Rimrock Coffee Co. will have Ren Tao Roasting beans exclusively.
Coffee as we know it is a international commodity and super food! We purchase green coffee beans throughout the year, keeping it super fresh. Keeping the most vital nutrients available through the roasting process. We have a lovely roasting machine that is hand crafted in Holland, Geisen. Greg uses old fashioned hands-on roasting techniques.
